Now they had become frustrated and after being on regimented eating regimes had even more unhealthy eating habits than before they started the programs.
The issue with most of the quick fix exercise routines is that they are focused on the short term instead of a lifestyle of health and fitness. Most of the routines were based on low intensity aerobic exercises several times a week. There was no intensity to these workouts, yet people expected to get great results and a wonderful body in a few weeks.
You cannot look at your exercise regiment as a short tem fix to lose a few pounds. You need to concentrate on your long term shape and fitness thinking of your exercise, nutrition and rest as a whole package. You can’t expect to just spend hours a week at the gym and ignore your food intake and rest. What we need to do is concentrate on your long term health and fitness with lifestyle changes. First, focus on correct workouts to burn fat that are focused and not time consuming.
